I wanted more control over my anxiety without seeing a therapist or spending much money. The Alive program has helped me a lot. I especially like the Incoming Tides. The waves are rhythmic, soothing and relaxing. When the waves slow and screen darkens, I know that my breathing is off and I adjust. It really works without too much thinking.
